About the Journal

Indonesia Justice Spectrum (ISSN: XXXX-XXXX) is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality scholarly works on contemporary issues in law, justice, governance, and public policy. The journal serves as a platform for academics, researchers, legal practitioners, and policymakers to critically examine the dynamic relationship between legal systems, social justice, human rights, criminal justice, constitutionalism, and institutional reform in both national and global contexts. The journal welcomes doctrinal, empirical, comparative, and socio-legal studies that contribute to the advancement of legal scholarship and promote innovative approaches to justice in rapidly changing societies.
 
The scope of the journal encompasses a broad range of contemporary legal and justice-related topics, including criminal law, civil law, constitutional law, administrative law, digital governance, environmental justice, restorative justice, access to justice, corruption eradication, cyber regulation, legal technology, and international legal developments. Special attention is given to research exploring justice transformation in Indonesia and Southeast Asia within the framework of democracy, globalization, sustainability, and technological advancement. By encouraging critical and multidisciplinary perspectives, Indonesia Justice Spectrum aims to become an internationally recognized forum for impactful legal research and policy-oriented discourse with relevance to both regional and global audiences.

Indonesia Justice Spectrum (IJS) invites academics, researchers, legal practitioners, policymakers, and students to submit original manuscripts for upcoming publication issues. Indonesia Justice Spectrum is an academic journal committed to promoting critical and progressive discussions on law, justice, governance, and contemporary socio-legal issues at national and global levels. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary, comparative, and innovative research contributions that enrich legal scholarship and public policy discourse.

Indonesia Justice Spectrum also welcomes opportunities for publication collaboration arising from seminars, conferences, workshops, and other academic forums.
