The Indonesian Journal of Digital Crime and Criminal Justice (ISSN: XXXX-XXXX) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Asosiasi Ilmuan Hukum Pidana (Criminal Law Institute) Indonesia. The journal is committed to advancing scholarly research, critical analysis, and informed discussion on contemporary issues at the intersection of criminal law, criminal justice, digital technology, cybercrime, and transnational legal developments.

 

The journal serves as a platform for academics, researchers, legal practitioners, policymakers, law enforcement professionals, and other stakeholders to exchange ideas and contribute to the development of knowledge concerning the challenges and opportunities arising from digital transformation and its implications for criminal law and justice systems. The Indonesian Journal of Digital Crime and Criminal Justice welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, case analyses, and review articles from multidisciplinary and comparative perspectives. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, cybercrime, digital evidence, cybersecurity law, artificial intelligence and criminal liability, financial and technology-enabled crimes, digital governance, privacy and data protection, criminal procedure in the digital era, transnational organized crime, international criminal justice cooperation, and emerging legal challenges associated with technological innovation.
